gRNAde: Geometric Deep Learning for 3D RNA Inverse Design
gRNAde
is a geometric deep learning pipeline for 3D RNA inverse design, analogous to ProteinMPNN. gRNAde outperforms physically-based Rosetta and is significantly faster.
